High-Risk Human Papillomavirus Detection by Multiplex qPCR
HPVScreen HR15 is a precision-engineered HPV DNA Genotyping PCR Kit designed for the qualitative detection of 15 high-risk human papillomavirus genotypes in female cervical samples. Based on TaqMan® multiplex real-time PCR chemistry, the kit delivers individual genotype resolution for HPV16 (ROX channel) and HPV18 (HEX channel) — the two genotypes responsible for the majority of HPV-associated cervical cancers — alongside collective detection of 13 further high-risk types via the FAM channel, all within a single reaction.
Sample integrity is confirmed in every run through co-amplification of the endogenous human RNaseP gene (Cy5 channel), eliminating the need for a separate extraction control. As a platform-agnostic HPV DNA Genotyping PCR Kit, HPVScreen HR15 is validated on all major real-time PCR instruments with four fluorescence channels and is available in 48-test and 96-test formats to suit varying laboratory throughput requirements.
